About the Parade of Homes
For over 30 years, the Lancaster/Lebanon Parade of Homes has been the signature event for our BIA homebuilders. The Parade of Homes is a 7-day event, open free to the public, to tour New Homes, Custom Built Homes, Apartments and Remodeling Projects in your community! Tours are both in person and virtual.
Homes are judged on-site by a group of industry professionals. The Parade of Homes Gala, held at the Lancaster Country Club, is our prestigious award ceremony where we announce the big winners in all categories – including the coveted Fulton Bank Awards!
2025 Parade of Homes
June 14-15 and June 18-22, 2025
All Parade homes will be closed on Monday the 16th and Tuesday the 17th in an effort to help with staffing issues.
