About the Parade of Homes
For over 30 years, the Lancaster Parade of Homes has been the signature event for our BIA homebuilders. The Parade of Homes is a 7-day event, open free to the public, to tour New Homes, Custom Built Homes, Apartments, and Remodeling Projects in your community! Tours are both in-person and virtual.
Homes are judged on-site by a group of industry professionals. The Parade of Homes Gala, held at the Lancaster Country Club, is our prestigious awards ceremony, where we announce the big winners in all categories, including the coveted Fulton Bank Awards!
2026 Parade of Homes
June 13-14 and June 17-21, 2026
All Parade homes will be closed on Monday the 15th and Tuesday the 16th in an effort to help with staffing issues.
