- Building Empowerment: Women of the BIA Steering– Create opportunities to connect, support, and elevate women in the building industry.
- Golf– Support the planning and execution of the BIA’s annual Golf Outing, including sponsorships, logistics, and event experience.
- Government Affairs– Monitor proposed state and federal laws and regulations, meet with elected officials, and work with Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) to ensure that township, county, and statewide laws and regulations are fair to the home building industry.
- Lancaster Building Industry Foundation Board– Advance the charitable arm of the BIA by supporting workforce development, scholarships, and community-based initiatives that strengthen the future of the building industry.
- Membership– Help develop membership recruitment and retention initiatives such as workforce development, member events and discount programs.
- NextGen– Engage and develop the next generation of industry professionals through networking, mentorship, and educational events.
- Parade of Homes– Help make decisions that shape this premier 9-day event which showcases new building techniques and trends.
- Remodelers Council Steering – Help plan and implement the activities and meetings for the Remodelers Council.
- Workforce Development– Lead BIA’s workforce initiatives, including Building Futures: Construction Career Day, by strengthening the talent pipeline, promoting careers in construction and the trades, and creating pathways into the building industry.
