Raffle Details

*The ticket sales goal is 1,500. If less than 1,500 tickets are purchased, the raffle winner will receive 50% of the net proceeds up to $12,500.

The $25,000 Prize will be paid by the BIA of Lancaster County to the BIA member(s) completing the renovation project or new home build.

The winner may opt for a $12,500 cash prize instead of a renovation project/money towards a newly constructed home purchase.

The Prize winner must sign a remodeling or home construction contract within a year of the raffle prize drawing.

Previous BIA member-completed projects or newly constructed homes are eligible for up to $25,000 if the project was either started or completed in 2024.

Per PA law, tickets must be paid by cash or check. Checks should be made payable to the BIA of Lancaster County.

Proceeds benefit the NON-Profit BIA of Lancaster County and the BIA’s workforce development initiatives.

The winner is subject to applicable tax laws.

The winner agrees to allow BIA usage of a renovation project or new home photos for promotional purposes.

2024 BIA Board of Directors, BIA Staff, and those in their immediate households are NOT eligible to win.

The seller of the winning ticket receives a $1,000 cash prize.

The seller of the most tickets wins a $1,000 cash prize.

Ticket(s) purchased through the BIA via the Raffle Ticket Request Form will be documented and e-mailed to the purchaser.
