Raffle Details

*The ticket sales goal is 1,300. If less than 1,300 tickets are purchased, the raffle winner will receive $25,000 towards a project(s) or opt for a cash prize of $10,000.

The Prize will be paid by the BIA of Lancaster County to the BIA member(s) completing the renovation project, new home build or providing supplies and/or services.

The winner may opt for a $10,000 cash prize instead of prize money towards a renovation, a newly constructed home purchase or supplies and/or services.

If opting for prize money towards a renovation, new home, or BIA Member supplies and/or services, winner must sign a remodeling, home construction or supply and/or service order contract within a year of the raffle prize drawing.

Previous BIA member-completed projects or newly constructed homes are eligible for up to $10,000 if the project was either started or completed in 2025.

Per PA law, tickets must be paid by cash or check. Checks should be made payable to the BIA of Lancaster County.

Proceeds benefit the NON-Profit BIA of Lancaster County and the BIA’s workforce development initiatives.

The winner is subject to applicable tax laws.

The winner agrees to allow BIA usage of a renovation project or new home photos for promotional purposes.

2025 BIA Officers, BIA Staff, and those in their immediate households are NOT eligible to win.

Ticket(s) purchased through the BIA via the Raffle Ticket Request Form will be documented and e-mailed to the purchaser.
