This 1980s home had a very closed-off layout. The front of their home receives sunlight, but the back portion where the kitchen was located was dark and secluded. Loving to cook and bake, more storage and a large working island were priorities. With a budget in mind, the dividing walls were opened, new flooring was added throughout, and new bold cabinetry with white quartz tops were installed. For convenience and ease of use, the updated cabinetry features a pull-out trash drawer, as well as utensils, cutlery, pot and pan, and large appliance storage. A small landing area inside the garage door was also added for coats and additional storage.
