As a longstanding member of the Southcentral Pennsylvania home-building arena, Garman Builders is committed to identifying the changing needs of homeowners in the area. 15 years ago, recognizing a need for reliable, high-quality home remodeling services, Garman established its Renovations division to deliver the same commitment to craftsmanship and customer service that characterizes Garman’s New Homes division. Across all branches of the company, Garman Builders’ compelling vision remains consistent: to provide a mutually-rewarding lifestyle experience to all who interact with Garman, including homeowners, trade partners, team members, and their families. Through the Renovations team, any home can become a Garman home. Garman Builders’ Renovations division provides services in six counties surrounding the company’s headquarters in Lititz. In 2022, Garman performed a total of 21 design-build projects; these projects ran the gamut from finishing basements and adding garages to creating an eye-catching custom modern cabin. No matter the scale or style of the project, Garman’s Renovations team applies a polished production system to ensure that the finished product fulfills both the homeowner’s vision and Garman’s standard of excellence. Through every phase of the process, the client’s needs and desires are upheld as Garman’s highest priority. Reaching beyond the typical realm of home renovations, Garman’s Renovations team is also equipped to take on other challenges. The Renovations division offers restoration services for large-scale fire or water losses, working with care and expertise to return damaged homes to a pristine state. For customers who wish to build from the ground up, the Renovations team is glad to partner with them to design and create a fully customized home on their property. Garman also seeks out investment properties, undertaking all necessary repairs and updates to ready these homes for their future owners.
