This dramatic exterior makeover included the replacement of the existing stucco with new LP SmartSide lap siding, adding new ProVia stone veneer to the “turret” area, and adding several new pent roofs with Drexel Metals standing-seam roofing. Twenty-nine windows and 3 doors were replaced with Marvin Elevate fiberglass units. The homeowners suspected they were having moisture issues with their existing stucco, particularly on the northeast side of the home. They also wanted to bring new life, and a “country” feel to their house, which is situated on a large lot surrounded by pasture and woods.
