The ad’s primary purpose was to draw the viewer’s relationship between quality building materials and product lines available at Lezzer Lumber that are often used throughout Lancaster County. As Pennsylvania’s second largest building materials dealer in the state, this ad showcases a wide variety of marquee product lines Lezzer Lumber brings into Lancaster County. Some unique associations were drawn: 1. TK Building & Design built the custom home featured. TK is a proud supporter of The Lancaster BIA, and the featured home won a 2021 BIA award for Best Exterior. 2. The word BUILT was made utilizing AI technology. Each letter is made with a texture commonly used in building custom homes B was made of lumber U was made with OSB, I was made with a Reeb Door, L was made from DiamondKote Siding, T was made with a Wellborn Cabinet Lezzer Lumber hopes that this ad will inspire fellow residents and builders to continue to grow and “BUILD LANCASTER.”
