The homeowners desired several unique spaces in this basement remodel. For functionality, the homeowners requested a hard surface flooring. Light paint colors, recessed lighting, and natural light from the existing egress window keep the basement space bright and inviting. A complete staircase replacement with oak treads and painted white risers brings you down to shiplap wall accents. The kitchen space showcases a fully conditioned wine closet featuring custom wine racking and a fully insulated glass door. The large island provides seating and stand-up gathering space with a view to the custom-built media center. Barn doors separate the game room from the living area. The full bath featuring custom linen built-ins and tiled shower stall provides new living space for clients to enjoy for years to come.
