Virtually Celebrating This Year’s Winners

Sponsored by Fulton Bank and UGI Utilities and presented by the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County (BIA), the Lancaster/Lebanon Parade of Homes was delivered virtually utilizing 3D technology.

About the 2020 Entries

The 2020 Parade featured 18 single-family homes, townhomes/duplexes, and remodeling projects, ranging in price from $251,990 to $838,500 & unpublished. The Parade entries were separated into 8 divisions according to the price and type (single-family, townhome/duplex, whole house remodel). Along with the Fulton Bank Awards, one home in each division earned a “Best of Show” Award, with additional awards for “Best” in: Exterior, Interior Design, Bath, Kitchen, Decorated, and Landscaping. The entries were judged on September 15 & 17, 2020 by industry professionals from outside the area, using a numerical scoring system.
