The winners were announced on June 12th at the Parade of Homes Gala held at the Lancaster Country Club.

About the 2026 Entries
The 2026 Lancaster Parade of Homes showcased the region’s finest new homes through both in-person and virtual tours. This year’s Parade featured 24 entries from 13 builders, including single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, condominiums, and remodeling projects, with prices ranging from $300,000 to $2,950,000, as well as unpublished entries.
In addition to the Fulton Bank Awards, one entry in each division was recognized with a Best of Show Award. Additional honors were presented for Best Exterior, Best Interior Design, Best Kitchen, Best Bath, and Best Decorated. Entries were judged on June 9 and 10 by a panel of industry professionals using a numerical scoring system.
2026 Fulton Bank Award Winner for Single-Family
The 2026 Parade of Homes Fulton Bank Award for Best Single-Family Home was presented to Alden Homes for their entry at 121 Maple Lane, Lebanon (Entry #20). This beautiful 4671 sq. ft. home features 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, Home Automation, as well as the following:
