Your dues to the BIA also pay your membership with the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), opening doors to a wealth of opportunities and giving you that professional designation as an association member.
When you apply for membership in the BIA, you are saying that you are committed to quality, customer service and craftsmanship.
Members receive our bi-weekly BIA Briefing e-newsletter and quarterly newsletter, Lancaster Builder.
With at least one BIA membership event a month and plenty of opportunities for involvement, you can build relationships and your organization partnerships by getting to know local builders, remodelers, and other vendors and trades people.
Advocacy on your Behalf
Members have access to our Government Affairs staff, which can help answer your questions about code and legislative issues, and even mediate between members and municipalities to help ensure smoother sailing for their projects.
